Brett Maurer is a co-founder and the Chief Development Officer of Monarc. Brett has over 16 years of experience in tactical applications for Law Enforcement and Military organizations. He holds multiple patents and has developed go-to-market products deployed by leading defense organizations. Brett is also a certified USCCA instructor and a national lecturer and published author on ballistic sciences and ballistic protection.

David Rumold is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Monarc. Prior to Monarc, David was the CEO of a SaaS-based file collaboration and storage firm, and CEO of a shipping and logistics brokerage. David also has extensive management experience in both telecommunications and green energy.
Tim Wrona
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Tim Wrona develops market and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. He oversees demand generation, marketing, and initiatives aimed at building the Monarc family of brands. Tim has held executive leadership positions in start-ups, Fortune 500, and mid-size companies, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Current Communications, and IDI Billing Solutions. He graduated from Clarkson University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and the Olin Business School at Washington University with an MBA.
